In Traditional Chinese Medicine, food is medicine.
Every element has foods that nourish it — and foods that deplete it. When you eat for your element and the season you're in, your energy stabilizes, your digestion settles, and feeling good gets a whole lot easier.
This is not another diet. It's a homecoming.
Inside you'll find:
Food lists, simple recipes, and practitioner tips from 20 years of clinical experience — one page per element, completely free.
Who this is for:
This guide is for you if...
· You've been doing all the "right" things but still feel off · Your energy crashes, your digestion is unpredictable, or your moods feel out of your control · You want to understand your body through a lens that actually makes sense · You're curious about TCM but don't know where to start · You already know your element and want to live it more fully

Here's a free checklist called "What's Draining Your Energy?" — and it breaks down exactly what it looks like when each of the Five Elements is out of balance in your body and mind.
Physical symptoms. Emotional patterns. The stuff you've probably been living with so long you think it's just... you.
Here's how to use it: check off everything that sounds like you. The element with the most checks? That's where your energy is leaking right now.
Once you know that — everything changes.

Hello! I'm Erika Weber, Acupuncturist Physician
and Chinese Medicine Herbalist.
Drawing from over 20 years of clinical experience and the constitutional framework of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I created The Five Element Approach to Lasting Health to bring ancient diagnostic clarity into modern life. This method identifies your unique energetic pattern and integrates both Eastern and Western perspectives to create precise, sustainable change. It’s not about chasing symptoms — it’s about understanding your design.
• Rooted in the constitutional branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine
• Identifies the underlying specific pattern shaping your energy, digestion, mood, sleep, and stress response
• Moves beyond symptom-chasing toward precise, personalized alignment
• Focuses on identifying underlying patterns — not just treating symptoms
• You move away from random protocols and toward alignment with what your body naturally needs
In Five Element theory:
• Each person has a primary constitutional tendency which aligns with one of the 5 element.
Each element reacts with other elements creating a holistic approach to the method.
What sets this approach apart:
• Integrates both Eastern and Western perspectives
• Blends classical Chinese medical theory with modern physiology and hormone insight
• Applies ancient diagnostic wisdom in a practical way for contemporary life
The focus is not short-term symptom relief — but sustainable vitality built on self-understanding.
This is not a quick fix.
It is a framework for lasting change.
